Yrväder
Underjord

This project is a collaboration with Victor Alge and Erik Hiedemark. Together we designed a beer glass for the brewery Underjord.

Underjord released a new german pale ale and wanted a glass for their new beer.

We designed something quite playful and figuratively, the shape of the glass is an interpretation of an yrväder. Yrväder is a Swedish word and translates to something like stormy weather. The top of the glass is inspired by a cloud, it's also in the cloud where the foam head has room to fully expand. The rippled surface beneath the cloud represents rain.

The glass was mold blown by Evelina Dovsten.
